When you work as hard as Edward does, portfolio management is rewarding. But it can consume your time if you let it. Fortunately, Edward strikes the right balance between his professional and personal lives. The joy in his life is named Jaclyn, and together they explore their many mutual passions. Edward is also discovering new music, exploring photography, and expanding his culinary exploits. And when Jaclyn is busy, Edward will catch up with friends at the Los Gatos Cigar club to enjoy a fine cigar and lively conversation. Edward knows there are just 24 hours in his day. So he makes the most of each one.

Edward A. Disho
Edward Disho, a real estate portfolio manager at Pertria in Los Gatos, California, advises clients on the acquisition and management of residential and commercial investment properties to build value over the life of their assets. With a focus on precision, Mr. Disho analyzes budgets, attains quarterly goals and actively communicates with investors on their properties’ performance, designing strategies that maximize clients’ net operating income and minimize liabilities.
A real estate investor himself, Mr. Disho applies a personal understanding of the interests and objectives of his clients, who range from individual and family investors to a commercial management company operating more than 100 properties. He collaborates with Pertria investment broker advisors and managers to deliver knowledgeable guidance as clients consider opportunities for expanding their real estate portfolios.
Mr. Disho’s education and experience in legal services enables him to identify potential legal exposure and advise clients on courses of action that comply with changing local, state and federal laws. Through his active participation in annual California Legislative Days in Sacramento, he stays apprised of and advocates for policy changes that benefit real estate investors.
