Randy the maverick
Of all the certified accountants in Los Gatos who are also certified fitness trainers, Randy is undeniably the most polite. No matter how busy he is, he always takes the time to ask how you are doing. But Randy is much more than an all-around good guy. He’s a savvy tax advisor, with an impressive knowledge of complex strategies and a knack for explaining them in plain English. What traits do Randy’s co-workers find most compelling about him? “My quick mind,” he admits, “and my rugged good looks.”
Randy a man for all seasons
One of these days, Randy is going to actually relax – or, at least, his wife hopes so. In the meantime, you will find him after work in the back yard playing catch with his kids or helping them with their homework. Then there is the kitchen to remodel and Cross Fit workouts at the gym. His most recent passion, mountain biking, which he does on weekends with a group of guy friends, never fails to return him revitalized and even more grateful for his abundant good fortune. Above all, Randy’s family sees him as a great dad and husband – and how great is that?

Randy Reynolds advises clients on the impacts and benefits of effective tax strategies. As a Certified Public Accountant, Randy leverages more than two decades of experience in accountancy and as the owner of public accounting firm Reynolds Group CPA to assist individuals and businesses in navigating the evolving complexities of financial planning.
Having founded and led multiple businesses through various stages of development, operation, merger, and conversion, Mr. Reynolds brings the unmistakable poise of a business veteran to both the Reynolds Group and Pertria. Employing knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code refined through years of practice as a staff accountant at local and regional tax practices and at his own firm for over 13 years, Randy is able to provide expert guidance to his clients.
Serving individual and small business clients, Mr. Reynolds has grown his firm to represent more than 700 individual and 125 corporate tax clients. In addition to his accountancy practice, Randy owns and operates several national brand retail franchises.
