As Pertria’s Property Investments Director he leads a skilled team of portfolio managers in charge of real property investment portfolios. Way beyond his title and actual job description, Robert takes personally his responsibility for the well being of each of his clients. An investor himself with intimate knowledge of client concerns Robert is an unparalleled resource for knowledge and invaluable counsel. Robert also works closely with Pertria’s CEO and Controller on everything from daily operations to the firm’s long-term planning. So, in short, Robert’s job is taking care of everything.

This is one book that best not be judged by its cover. In Robert’s case, what you see is not nearly all you get. Although he considers himself laid-back those around him would likely say otherwise. Only when it is “just right” will Robert walk away from a project – all the while shunning the label of “perfectionist”. He is drawn to activities that challenge his concentration but says he prefers to let his mind wander. He is wickedly funny, deadly serious and consummately professional. Conservative by nature Robert is always open to new perspectives and receptive to alternatives provided they are insightful, well documented and support his clients bottom line.
