Travis the cool cucumber.
His day begins with reading world news. International events matter because they affect his clients. Travis is a real estate investment broker who prefers investment strategies that maximize each transaction’s return while minimizing its risk. Travis is shrewd, patient, and careful, even under pressure. He has to be. He is dealing with his clients’ futures, which he doesn’t take lightly. “A calm, meticulous approach is necessary,” he cautions, “otherwise potential errors become probable.”
Travis the speed demon.
Travis may be careful at the office, but he’s a bit of a swashbuckler away from work. Travis likes to go fast. He is an ardent mountain biker and amateur racecar driver. And he is lucky enough to have a wife and two precocious, 6-year-old, adopted sons who ride and race along with him on many of his adventures. His wife also happens to be an EMT (as well as a successful high-technology sales executive), which comes in handy given Travis’ daring disposition, and leaves no doubt in his mind that he indeed married the perfect woman.
What Pertria means to Travis, and vice versa.
Knowledge is why Travis is at Pertria. Nowhere else can he have access to such collective experience and intelligence. If he has an obscure real estate question, one of his colleagues is sure to know the answer. Travis also believes that Pertria has a true moral compass. The staffers don’t look out for themselves like they do in other places. They always do whatever is best for clients, regardless of whether or not there are any personal rewards.
